I got paired with the lovely Nancy from SnazzyDoodleDesigns which I was very pleased Tesla shares
about as she makes her own lampwork and enamel beads...two things that I would dearly love to learn how to do!
Considering my swap partner was in the USA and I'm in the UK, my goodies arrived very quickly!!
I was delighted with my soup, especially the colours and the fabulous focals that Nancy made herself and the set of lampwork beads too.
I managed to make 3 pieces with my soup but still have 2 of the three fabulous enamel beads that will be going into my personal stash of beads.
The first piece is a necklace that I combined with Lorelei's Shadowbox Challenge in my previous post.
I used Nancy's lampwork and the smaller enamel bead for this piece combined with a lot of the accent beads she sent me. I paired it with sari bitcoin investment sites in India
ribbon and silver metal.
The second piece is a bracelet that I made for myself. I plan to keep this for my own personal use so made something simple that I would wear. I used the lampwork ring as the focal, the sterling toggle I was sent, sterling beads, wire and findings a how to invest in Tesla shares
long with the lampwork beads Nancy sent me and a lot of czech accents.
And finally...I returned to my favourite metal...copper.
I used the frit lampwork from Nancy along with some lilac lampwork spacers and the czech glass from my soup. I made some copper earwires from 0.8mm wire, fashioned some hammers sheet shapes, added the holes, patinated with LOS and hey presto, a pair of earrings.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this experience and look forward to getting through everyone's blogs! A big thank you to Lori for organising it and to my partner Nancy for the inspiration :)
